Overview

Our beliefs influence our behaviours, which in turn influences our actions. Through understanding this cycle and applying continuous learning principles, you can challenge your deep-rooted paradigms and validate the standards that you hold yourself accountable to.

Your values influence everything that you say and do. Values also act as a compass to guide you when you are faced with making difficult decisions. This module explores the impact of your personal values and how they evolve as you develop and grow.

Objectives

By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

• Identify why values are the key to personal development and growth;
• Review the need to understand bias in the decision-making process;
• Recognise the importance of setting personal standards and using these as a benchmark;
• Realise why finding shared values within the team is necessary in supporting collaboration and growth;
