Course Overview

Virtual meeting tools are a vital support to working from home, but teams often encounter problems as they adjust to using them. It’s common for team-mates to find they can’t communicate clearly, build rapport with their colleagues, or stay engaged in a virtual meeting. Leaders, meanwhile, often struggle to “read the room,” build consensus and gather useful feedback.
