Course Overview

Once a team has initially bonded, there’s still work to be done to make sure the team excels moving forward. Things change over time, and without the right conditions in place, a team can quickly start to fall apart when put under pressure.

Maintaining the focus, organisation, and morale of a strong team deserves just as much attention as the first steps of putting it together. When things are done right, a team will become closer and more resilient over time, able to face whatever challenges come its way and produce high quality work.

In this course, we look at what’s required to keep a team performing at its best.

Firstly, we look at how to continue to stay focused on goals, both big and small, so that the team keeps its sense of purpose. Then we look at how to stay organised so that these goals are achieved efficiently.

Next we look at how members of a team can support each other, both when things are going well, and during more challenging moments. Finally, we look at how all of this relies on good communication.
