Overview
Discussing the menopause in the workplace is often a taboo subject even though it is a natural part of every woman’s life. The aim of this course is to raise awareness and encourage positive, open discussion about the impact of the menopause and how to support those going through the process. Whilst we hope that this course will make you want to be more understanding of women as they experience the menopause, you will also learn about the legal and business reasons to improve your awareness.

- Common symptoms
- Menopause facts and fiction
- Reasons to be aware of menopausal issues at work
- How to support women going through the menopause.
