Objectives
When the learners complete all the activities in this pathway, they will be able to:
- Explain the rights new and expecting parents have in accordance with UK employment law
- List flexible working options employers can offer to new and expecting parents
- Explain the implications for employers if they do not work in accordance with UK employment law
