Course Objectives
Guided by audio narration, and engaging with interactive exercises, you will learn how to:
- Choose a hotel and manage your booking
- Stay secure while checking in
- Confirm that your hotel is a safe environment
- Prepare for theft, fire and other emergencies
- Stay safe while out and about
The course also includes a short assessment, so learners can test their mastery of the material
