GDPR - A Year in the Chair eLearning Course

Overview

A 6-module decision-based scenario course following a single in-house counsel / DPO across a year of GDPR exposure: an Article 15 SAR including audio recordings, a 72-hour breach notification, RoPA hygiene, an international transfer dilemma, a consent trap, and a supervisory authority hearing. Approximately 165 minutes total. Course delivered in English; covers the EU GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

Target Audience:

DPOs, in-house counsel, privacy managers, customer service leads, HR teams handling SARs, and security leads at any organisation processing personal data of EU residents

The course helps learners to understand the scope and impact of the legislation and also to work through the regulation as it appears in the workplace. • File a 72-hour breach notification meeting Article 33 standards

• Engage with a supervisory authority during examination
