This CPD-certified, level-2 e-learning course is suitable for anyone. The course includes optional voiceover recorded by a professional actor.
It is specifically designed to give learners a good understanding of what first aid is, as well as a basic understanding of first aid techniques that can be useful in an emergency.

This course covers key points from:
- The Health and Safety (First-Aid) Regulations 1981
- Health and Safety at Work Act 1974
- Management of the Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999

- Basic First Aid - looking at what first aid is, why it is important, UK law and legislation around first aid, and basic first aid techniques that can be helpful for anyone in an emergency.
