You’ll learn why equity, diversity and inclusion are important and how you have the power to make a difference. You’ll cover the impact of inequity, the benefits of a diverse workforce and what protection the law provides.
Objectives
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Describe the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workforce,
- Demonstrate and promote equity and inclusivity, and,
- Explain how the Equality Act 2010 can provide protection against discrimination and harassment.
