Bullying within the workplace can be hard to spot, but for the person being bullied, it can be emotional and physical turmoil.

When you or someone you know is experiencing bullying or harassment, it can feel as though the entire world is against you.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Describe bullying and identify different forms of bullying
  • Describe harassment and identify different forms of harassment
  • Summarise signposting options for someone experiencing bullying within the workplace
