Overview
No one should ever have to experience or tolerate sexual harassment at work. We all have a role to play to ensure it is not tolerated in our workplaces. But what exactly does sexual harassment look like, and would you know how to respond if it occurred in your workplace?
Using drama scenarios and subject matter expert interviews, this course explores how to recognise sexual harassment and what action to for those on the receiving end or bystanders.
Objectives
In this course you will:
- Recognise the different forms sexual harassment can take
- Understand the impact of sexual harassment on individuals and teams
- Know what actions to take in the event of sexual harassment taking place
