Bullying in the workplace can take many different forms and therefore, isn't always easy to recognise straight away. While the typical bully portrayed in the media may incite thoughts of physical abuse, office taunting often involves a more emotional type of torment.
The aim of this module is to raise awareness by describing the impact that bullying and harassment has within the workplace and outline ways of minimising it.
