Effective Communication eLearning Course

Overview

In your work and home life, you are communicating all day, every day. The words you say, the body language you use, and even the level of listening you apply, all count as communication. Think of spoken communication as a range of skills. Once you perfect each skill, you become better at communicating.

In this course, you will explore spoken communication, listening skills and questioning techniques. Please note that this course does not cover written communication as this requires a different set of skills.
