There are four key areas that individuals and organisations need to comply with to ensure they avoid committing bribery. These are:

• Receiving a bribe
• Bribing a foreign official; and
• Failing to prevent bribery

In this e-learning course, you will learn how to recognise and effectively deal with bribery when it occurs. Developing an understanding of the law and how it is applied.
