Overview

This CPD-certified, level-2 e-learning course is suitable for anyone working with children and young people or adults at risk. The course includes optional voiceover recorded by a professional actor.

It is specifically designed to give learners a better understanding of what faith-based abuse is, what signs to look out for, and what actions to take.

• Introduction and Overview - Looking at what faith-based abuse is and consists of, as well as an overview of the three types of faith-based abuse.
• Types of Faith Based Abuse - An in-detail look at the three types of faith-based abuse, as well as similar abuse in non-faith groups.
• Recognising Faith Based Abuse - A look at the impact of faith-based abuse on victims, how to recognise it, and what to do if you do identify it.
