Overview
This Accident Investigation course provides a thorough understanding of accident causation, investigation processes, and the importance of safe working practices. Participants will learn to identify different types of accidents, analyse causes, conduct investigations which encourage workplace safety.
Objectives
By the end of the training, the learner will be able to:
- Identify types of accidents and analyse their causes.
- Describe the purpose and benefits of accident investigation and recognise when it should be conducted.
- Identify the essential steps of conducting an Accident Investigation.
- Recognise the importance and effectiveness of implementing safe work practices to prevent accidents in the workplace.
